Central location near tapas heaven
The hotel is just steps away from bustling C. Laurel, where I indulged in pinxtos and enjoyed the charming atmosphere. A comfy bed ensured a restful night.
Be aware that the noise from nearby bars can spill into the room, especially on weekends. Parking is also quite tight, which may be challenging for bigger vehicles.

what a disappointment! the check-in lady was painfully slow and had no excuses for the wait. I was also expecting a complimentary drink for my inconvenience, but nothing! to top it off, the bathtub had some unwanted hair—so lovely. I almost considered giving a good review, but then I just couldn’t. woefull service!

The hotel sits right on Portales street, making it easy to step out for pinxtos or visit the cathedral. The staff greeted me warmly and made the check-in process quick and smooth. My room felt spacious. it came with a desk for my laptop, plenty of plugs by the bed, and a well-sized bathroom. I could hear some noise from the lively tapas bars nearby in the evening, but it wasn’t overwhelming. Breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of options, including two hot dishes and fresh fruit. However, I faced a few challenges. The room could use better soundproofing since I heard slamming doors and footsteps early in the morning. Additionally, finding the hotel was tricky due to its location in a pedestrian area. a clearer guide before arriving would help. The parking situation was manageable after getting accustomed to the elevator system. All in all, I would consider returning despite the sound issues since the location and staff made for a generally enjoyable stay.

The room was clean, well-appointed, and offered a nice view of the square. The staff were friendly and helpful, contributing positively to the experience during my three-night stay.
The breakfast could be improved for variety.
