Be aware that the noise from nearby bars can spill into the room, especially on weekends. Parking is also quite tight, which may be challenging for bigger vehicles.

what a disappointment! the check-in lady was painfully slow and had no excuses for the wait. I was also expecting a complimentary drink for my inconvenience, but nothing! to top it off, the bathtub had some unwanted hair—so lovely. I almost considered giving a good review, but then I just couldn’t. woefull service!

The hotel features a comfortable king-size bed and very clean, well-maintained rooms, with excellent noise protection. Additionally, the staff was friendly and check-in was quick. however, the parking garage was quite tight and difficult to navigate, especially for larger vehicles.

The room could use better soundproofing since I heard slamming doors and footsteps early in the morning. Additionally, finding the hotel was tricky due to its location in a pedestrian area. a clearer guide before arriving would help. The parking situation was manageable after getting accustomed to the elevator system. All in all, I would consider returning despite the sound issues since the location and staff made for a generally enjoyable stay.

Hotel Sercotel provided an excellent base for exploring Logroño and the surrounding La Rioja area. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the popular Calle Laurel and its numerous tapas bars.
